Registration rules

The registration for the congress is binding. 

Registration ends on 10 June 2018.

The registration costs must be paid straight after registration and no later than
13 June 2018.

If a cancellation is submitted until 13 June 2018, 80% of the costs will be reimbursed. Cancellations after this date will not be reimbursed.
